Yes, you can amend or cancel your booking, just send us an email asking to amend or cancel your booking. Bookings can be canceled or amended 24 hours before your departure. There will be no refunds for bookings canceled with less than 24 hours before departure. There might be occasions where major modifications such as different vehicle type or different destination may incur in a different rate, in this case you should cancel your booking and make a new booking.

You will have the option to book a child seat during the booking process.You must contact the supplier in case you are not sure of the local legislation of the destination regarding child seats policy.

The total number of passengers, including children and infants must match with the capacity of the booked vehicle. If you need a vehicle with higher capacity for your extra luggage you should book a larger vehicle.

In case you need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle please get in touch with us and we will advise you which vehicle you should book.

We only provide private transfers from door to door so you will not share your vehicle.

The driver will wait for you at the meeting point at the scheduled time detailed in your voucher. If the driver is not at the meeting point you should call the supplier on the number provided in your voucher, after 15 minutes of waiting you should contact our customer service to notify us.

Your driver will be waiting for you always, 1 hour for arrival destinations (airports/ports bus or train stations) and 15 minutes for departure destinations. Each passenger is entitled to carry two pieces of luggage, one medium size bag or suitcase with a maximum combined size of 120 cm and one piece of small luggage such as a handbag, backpack or other smaller items. If you need to carry extra luggage you should book a larger vehicle type.

There are no hidden costs in your transfers.

Although the service provider monitors all flights, trains and boat arrivals to adapt the service in case of delay there might be occasions where the service provider will be not capable to provide your transport service.
